1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law.

nxbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nxbet account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. nxbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on the nxbet Platform at any given time. If nxbet identifies that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — nxbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be voided. nxbet will not reopen closed duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

nxbet may require identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Before processing a withdrawal request above a threshold determined by nxbet.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nxbet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Transaction limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change at nxbet's discretion.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Deposits by Third Parties

Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. Where nxbet identifies a third-party deposit, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. nxbet bears no responsibility for any losses arising from a reversal of a third-party deposit.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

nxbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for matters directly addressed by those specific terms.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Multiple accounts created to claim welcome bonuses multiple times will be treated as duplicate accounts.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless the specific offer's terms state a different wagering requirement. Wagering must be completed within 14 days of the bonus being credited unless the specific offer states a different expiry period.
• nxbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or other conduct that nxbet reasonably considers contrary to the spirit of the offer.

5.2 Cashback Promotions

Cashback promotions credit a percentage of net losses back to the eligible player's account. Cashback amounts are calculated on net loss (total bets minus total winnings) during the qualifying period. Cashback credits are applied as bonus funds and are subject to a rollover requirement unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise. Cashback is not available on bets placed using bonus funds.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the nxbet Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific product or market on which the bet is placed. These rules are detailed in the relevant sections of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute about the application of betting rules to a specific bet, nxbet's decision shall be final.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. nxbet does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, event, or sport at any time. nxbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any betting market before an event commences or during an in-play period where nxbet determines this is necessary — for example, in cases of match abandonment, postponement, change of venue, or suspicion of irregular betting patterns. Bets already accepted at the time of market suspension will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules for that sport and market.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

Casino and live casino games are operated using certified systems. Game outcomes are determined by mechanisms that are independent and cannot be influenced by nxbet or any player. In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a casino game round, the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed and the result cannot be determined, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• If a game round is completed and the result is determined before the disconnection is registered by nxbet's system, the result stands and is settled accordingly.
• nxbet is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that nxbet reasonably considers abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to the fair use of the Platform. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

7.1 Fraud and Collusion

Any attempt to defraud nxbet or other players — including through collusion, chip dumping, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of software errors — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal act in most jurisdictions. nxbet reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any person who engages in fraudulent conduct on the Platform.

7.2 Additional Prohibited Activities

The following activities are also expressly prohibited on the nxbet Platform:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or disguising your location.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as a betting agent, reselling access to any nxbet service, or accepting bets on behalf of third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nxbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of nxbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of nxbet.

The nxbet brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of nxbet. Unauthorised use of any nxbet trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or any other commercial context — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nxbet shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned.

Nothing in these Terms limits nxbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by nxbet's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by nxbet, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your nxbet account at any time by contacting customer support at the email address provided in the footer of this page. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Withdrawal of the remaining balance is subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4.

nxbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account, and to void any pending bets and forfeit any balances associated with that account, where nxbet has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is harmful to nxbet or other players. Where nxbet closes an account under this provision, nxbet will notify the account holder using the contact details registered to that account.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
